Diversity Council
The mission of the Diversity Council is to serve as a liaison between the Federal Executive Board, Agency Heads, Federal employees and the community. The Diversity Council will work to promote an inclusive and nurturing work environment where individual differences and contributions are valued and are reflective of the complex and changing demographics.
Safety & Health Council
The purpose of the Council is to educate Federal employees as it relates to health and safety issues. The Council works closely with Department of Labor, OSHA to strive for the reduction in the incidence, severity, and cost of accidents, injuries, and illnesses within the Federal government. The Council promotes and assists cooperative exchanges of occupational safety and health information among local federal establishments.
Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC)
The LFCC oversees the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and ensures that a record is kept of all meetings and decisions made for the campaign. The LFCC is responsible for ensuring PCFO compliance with OPM regulations, and that the local campaign is conducted with integrity and free of coercion. The committee consists of current and retired Federal employees who work in conjunction with the CFC Chairperson.
Policy Committee
The Policy Committee serves as a common council. Members are called upon by the FEB Chair to establish major goals, review and approve work plans, monitor progress and evaluate accomplishments, recommend changes in program direction, suggest areas for improvement, and generally make its expertise available when needed.
